KeyRadar is operated by Mdb ("Mdb", "KeyRadar", "we", "us", "our"), registered at KeyRadar, Uithuizermeeden, Netherlands. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of keyradar.shop and any related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
KeyRadar is a PC game price-tracking and deal-alert service. We aggregate publicly available pricing data from third-party stores via IsThereAnyDeal, display game information sourced from IGDB, and provide editorial Buy / Wait / Skip verdicts and Pulse scores based on algorithmic analysis of price history, ratings, and player activity. We earn affiliate commissions when you click through to a store and make a purchase — see our Affiliate Disclosure.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the applicable minimum age required by law in your country) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm you have parental or guardian consent. Game listings may include mature-rated titles — you are responsible for your own purchase decisions.
Your account is personal to you. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at privacy@keyradar.shop if you suspect unauthorised access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, abuse our systems, or generate excessive automated requests.

KeyRadar Plus is a paid subscription feature currently in development. When it launches, it will be governed by the pricing, billing cycle, cancellation method, and refund policy disclosed on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. For EU/UK consumers: if you subscribe to a digital service that has already started, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived once delivery begins (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m)).
The KeyRadar name, logo, and original site content are owned by Mdb. Game names, cover art, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective publishers and are used under fair use / editorial licence for informational purposes only. "Steam", "Epic Games", "GOG", "Humble Bundle", "Fanatical", and other store names are trademarks of their respective owners. KeyRadar is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of those companies unless explicitly stated.
Game data is sourced from IGDB (powered by Twitch) and IsThereAnyDeal. If you believe any content infringes your rights, see our Copyright / DMCA page.
Prices are provided by IsThereAnyDeal and refreshed hourly. The final price at the retailer's checkout controls. We make no warranty that prices, availability, or regional access to any game will be accurate, complete, or current at the time you click through.
Buy / Wait / Skip verdicts and Pulse scores are algorithmic editorial opinions, not financial or purchasing advice. We are not responsible for purchase decisions made in reliance on them. Prices and availability can change at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mdb and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits, data loss, or the purchase of a game at a price different from that displayed on KeyRadar.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction prevents us from limiting. EU and UK consumers retain all rights granted by applicable mandatory law regardless of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, except that EU consumers may always bring claims before the courts of their country of residence, and nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory statutory rights under local consumer law.
EU consumers: you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from account settings. We may terminate or suspend your access for breach of these Terms. On termination, your Vault and alert preferences will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will give at least 14 days' notice of material changes by email or prominent site notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
