Your data rights
Under GDPR (EU), UK GDPR, CCPA (California), PIPEDA (Canada), and similar laws you have rights over your personal data. Here is how to exercise them.
How to submit a request
Email privacy@keyradar.shop with:
- Your full name and the email address linked to your account.
- The type of request (see below).
- Any relevant details to help us locate your data.
We respond within 30 days (extendable to 90 days for complex requests, with notice). Identity verification may be required before we action sensitive requests.
Rights you can exercise
- Access (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you and information about how we process it.
- Portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (e.g. JSON) to transfer to another service.
- Correction (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Erasure / "Right to be forgotten" (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Request deletion of your account and associated data. You can also delete your account yourself at /account.
- Restriction (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Ask us to restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances (e.g. while a correction is disputed).
- Objection (Art. 21 GDPR)
- Object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests, including for direct marketing purposes.
- Unsubscribe from price alerts
- Use the unsubscribe link in any price-alert email, or manage alerts per game in your Vault.
Right to complain
If you are unhappy with our response you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority:
- EU: your national DPA (list at edpb.europa.eu).
- UK: Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
- US (California): California Privacy Protection Agency.
