KeyRadar automatically computes a Buy / Wait / Skip verdict and a Pulse score for games in the catalog. These are calculated using publicly available signals: current price vs. historical low, IGDB rating, Steam concurrent-player trends, and discount depth. They are editorial opinions about a game's deal quality, not personalised recommendations and not decisions about you as an individual.
These automated outputs are not "solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects" under GDPR Art. 22 — they are catalog-level assessments you are free to disregard.
We share data only with the processors listed below, each bound by a Data Processing Agreement and appropriate safeguards:
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use data brokers or advertising networks.
Some processors listed above are based in the United States. Transfers to those processors rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission under GDPR Art. 46(2)(c) and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. You can request a copy of the relevant safeguards by emailing privacy@keyradar.shop.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:
To exercise any right, email privacy@keyradar.shop. We will respond within 30 days (GDPR) or 45 days (CCPA). Account deletion can also be initiated from your account settings. To submit a formal data-subject request (access, portability, erasure, or objection), use our Data Request page.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. EU/EEA residents can find their authority at edpb.europa.eu. UK residents: the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
KeyRadar is not directed at children. You must be at least 16 years old (or the applicable minimum age in your country) to create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact privacy@keyradar.shop and we will delete it promptly.
